Can I return my item?

Your gear can be returned within 30 days of your order date.

Please note, this excludes sale items. Upon purchase you have acknowledged that any sale or clearance items cannot be returned or exchanged.

If you have purchased an item and the size doesn’t quite fit like you expected, you are more than welcome to send it back to us and we’ll be happy to organise an exchange for you. Please note, if you've ordered as part of a pre-order we are unable to offer an exchange.

If you have received a damagedfaulty or incorrect item, firstly, we’re sorry! Secondly, we'll be more than happy to fix it - please contact us and we will organise your return/exchange asap.

All items for exchange must be in original condition and where applicable, packaging swing tags attached.

How do I begin an exchange?

Please make sure you have checked our returns policies before beginning a return.

Please print, complete and include this returns form with your returns.

Getting your items back to us:

You can send your goods back to us using your own postal method.

You'll find the return address on our returns form here.

What if the items now out of stock?

If your order was for a pre-order, we unfortunately don't offer exchanges / returns for change of mind.

If we don't have your requested item for exchange, we will issue a store credit to the value of item/s being exchanged.

Does your customer service team have the right to refuse an exchange?

Our Customer Service team has the right to decline any exchange if the goods are not returned in the same condition as purchased or returned in our policies time frame. If this is the case Customer Service will contact, you before proceeding.

All exchanges need to be sent back within 30 days of any exchange process being actioned.

We recommend you take note of your tracking in case your order is delayed getting back to our team. Your tracking will also be required in the case of a lost parcel.

What items cannot be returned or refunded?

All our products come with Australian Standard warranty. If a product is faulty, we will firstly issue you with a replacement if possible. If you prefer a refund, please mention this to our team at point of contact.

We do not accept refunds for wrong choices or change of mind. If this is the case, we can issue you with a store credit.

Due to hygenic reasons we can't accept returns of headwear.

If you have not received your items within 15 business days from dispatch, please check your tracking if there is no movement after a further 5 business days, please contact Australia Post and lodge an investigation you can also contact our customer support team to help assist you further.
